In the publishing department are creative graphic designers,
writers, sales and marketing individuals, an in-house photographer
and an industrious editor. Together they produce the bi-monthly
called The New Asia Cuisine & Wine Scene, as well of a
host of other collateral and branding material for clients
that include illustrious five-star hotels and cutting edge
food and beverage companies.
Having launched BytesAsia.com, the growing IT arm of PKH is
more than capable of consolidating the world of food and beverage
with new specialised technologies that advance the industry
on a number of fronts. The team includes multimedia developers,
creative strategists, information systems engineers, web programmers
and designers.
Led by individuals
with over 10 years of experience in the industry, the dynamic
F&B department at PKH is responsible for the success of
innumerable consultative projects at home and abroad, from
bars and restaurants to entire hotels and theme parks. Not
to mention the gargantuan task of planning for and running
the annual World Gourmet Summit (WGS) and WGS Awards of Excellence
events in Singapore.
